Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. If you need to move your appointment forward, please feel free to ask—we will do our best to accommodate you.

Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. -
EMERGENCIES
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. -
EXCEPTIONS
We operate a cancellation waiting list. If your appointment slot is filled by another client, we will waive any cancellation fee. Please notify us of any changes as early as possible to help increase the likelihood of filling your time slot. We understand that plans can change due to work or family commitments, and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

PREPARED HAIR
For all colouring services, please arrive with dry, unwashed hair.

COLOUR CHANGES
If we have agreed on a colour change (e.g., blonde to brunette), and you later decide the shade or tone isn’t right for you, a separate appointment will be required, and a full colour service charge will apply.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or new medications during your consultation.

PERSONAL ITEMS
For your comfort, please avoid wearing earrings, necklaces, scarves, high roll-neck jumpers, or hoodies during your appointment.

SPECIAL EVENTS
For special event appointments (e.g., weddings), a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
